The third method is to play games. Don’t fall asleep or sit still all of a sudden. That is the most uncomfortable. You can play poker or play computer games or mobile games to speed up blood circulation, go to the toilet more, and more. Walk, sweat more, but do not exercise vigorously, because the heart is under great pressure after drinking.
